My brave warrior!
An exclamation by Te Heuheu Tukino in praise of his son Te Naeroa: Be Brave, Be Bold
Tupu Angitū was established as Lake Taupō Forest Trust’s commercial arm in 2019, overseeing and growing the Trust’s commercial interests and asset base – now valued at more than $500 million.
The separation enables Trustees to focus on land, cultural, social and charitable matters.
The Trustees encouraged Tupu Angitū to “be bold” so the company draws inspiration from the whakatauki above and the legacy created by original landowners through to modern-day Trustees.
